At LFI we use clover honey in our signature smoked honey ham. Applewood smoked sugar cured ham and Black Forest are also favorites.
Our hams are full muscle and are available in both natural juices and also water added formulations. We naturally hardwood smoked our hams. Our Homestyle pork roast is a favorite of our customers.
